I prefer payment via direct bank deposit, bank wire transfer, or U.S. Postal Money Orders. All other instruments must await clearance by my bank. Credit card payments are available from my dealer, provided that the buyer pays the 3% merchant processing fee. The winning bidder should contact me with his address for payment instructions. Payment must be received within 7 days from auction closing. All my listings will contain full disclosure of all relevant information, to the best of my knowledge.

All modern firearms sales will be transacted by my 01 FFL dealer as consignments on my behalf, out of his inventory, at no extra charge. The actual shipping costs are payable to my dealer in a separate transaction. This firearm will ship to any FFL dealer in the continental U.S. I cannot accommodate private transfers of modern firearms, unless expressly stated otherwise. I grant a three day inspection period from the time your FFL holder receives the item, provided that no Form 4473 transfer has taken place. Inspection may include external examination, manual operation of the action with dummy ammunition, bore and chamber measurement, and headspace check. It may not involve cycling or firing live ammunition or disassembly of the firearm, including but not limited to turning any screws or removing any pins. In the event of a return, the buyer shall be responsible for all shipping fees and Gunbroker charges unless the item description was mistaken. All responsibility for items damaged in shipment shall lie with the insurance carrier. All returns must be in the same condition the item was received. All applicable laws and regulations shall be observed. Your bid implies a binding agreement to abide by these terms. Until my reserve has been met, or a bid has been placed on a no-reserve auction lot, my auction lots shall be available for purchase in several other venues, and may be withdrawn herefrom without notice. Most of my guns sell elsewhere. If you want to win this lot, bid early and often.
